Symmetrical Linguistic Miracle of Ayat ul Kursi. SubhanAllah, amazing!
Relationship between beginning and ending.

Let's look at Ayatul Kursi - Ayatul Kursi, or The Throne Verse is the 255th verse of the second chapter, surah Al Baqarah. It is the most famous verse of the Quran and is widely memorized by Muslims due to its emphatic description of God's power over the entire universe. Everybody is familiar with this verse right? Do you notice any pattern in this verse?

Let's look at the verse part by part. There are 9 parts altogether in the verse. Usthad Nouman Ali Khan explains the correlation between the beginning and the end in this verse. Note the similarities between part 1& 9, 2&8, 3&7, 4&6, and finally part 5 on its own.

1. Allahu la ilaha illa Huwal Haiyul-Qaiyum = Allah - there is no God but He, the Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining.
9. Wa Huwal 'Aliyul-Adheem = and He is the Most High. The Supreme (in glory).
Both parts have 2 names of Allah.

2. La ta'khudhuhu sinatun wa la nawm = Slumber seizes Him not, nor sleep --> Here Allah talks about sina-drowsiness - and naum-sleep - it's human's limitation - the need to sleep - but Allah does not have that limitaton.
8. Wa la ya'uduhu hifdhuhuma = and the care of them burdens Him not; --> Here Allah talks about similar attribute - guarding the earth and the sky does not exhaust Him.

3. Lahu ma fis-samawati wa ma fil-'ard = To Him belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth.
7. Wasi'a kursiyuhus-samawati wal ard = His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth;
Boths parts are talking about Allah being the owner of heavens and earth

4. 'Man dhal-ladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnih = Who is he that will intercede with Him except by His permission?'
6. 'Wa la yuhituna bi shai'im-min 'ilmihi illa bima sha'a = and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He pleases'
Both parts are talking about Allah's authority - He gives what he pleases - either during intercession or any other matters.

5. 'Ya'lamu ma baina aidihim wa ma khalfahum = He knows what is before them and what is behind them;
Befittingly, this middle part says it all. Before and after.

SubhanAllah! by this time, I'm too gobsmacked already. I mean, all these verses were revealed years apart. Not one verse after another. Not all at one go. The fact that they are connected to each other in such a manner is beyond a human's capability. It can never happen by chance. Also bear in mind the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him was an illiterate. He could have never made this up by himself. And the Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him as a spoken word. NOT written. All of us know that there are higher chances of error when the message is passed on spoken instead of written. Instead, the Quran is so perfect. All these just prove one thing. The Quran is not the work of men. It's a gift from above.

"Whoever reads ‘al-Mulk’ every night, Allah will protect him from the torment of the grave. At the time of the Messenger of Allah (SallAllahu 'Aliyhi Wasallam), we used to call it al-mani’ah (that which protects). In the Book of Allah, there is a chapter [and] whoever recites it every night has done very well."
[Sahih at-Targhib wat-Tarhib, no. 1475]
Imam Ahmad recorded from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah’s Messenger (SallAllahu 'Aliyhi Wasallam) said,
"Verily, there is a chapter in the Qur’an which contains thirty Ayat that will intercede on behalf of its reciter until he is forgiven. (It is): ‘Blessed be He in Whose Hand is the dominion.’"
[This Hadith was collected by At-Tirmidhi and the four Sunan Compilers. At-Tirmidhi said concerning it, “This is a Hasan Hadith.”]

Marriage in Islam
The family is that brick which forms the foundation of a society. It is composed of individuals that have permanent relation established between them.
Most importantly, it possesses almost a majority of the different kinds of personal relations. Because of this, there must be certain etiquettes placed in order to control and regulate these relations.
In the context of marriage there is one very important difference between man and women: women are the ones who can bear and nurse children. This is an extremely important responsibility. On the other hand Islam assigned the husbands the responsibility of financially supporting their wives. This allows women to concentrate on what is really important, their families. And then men are also given the position of leadership to balance their greater responsibility of support. The husband and the wife are a complementary pair. Each has his own designated role and responsibilities. Together they complete the family. And that's why Islam has set the basics on which marriage should be built.
Allah (SWT) says in the Qur'an:
"Men are the supporters of women, because Allah has stowed on the one more than the other, and for what they have to provide (for them) from their sources. So the righteous women are obedient and protect in the absence of their husbands that which God ordains to be protected."(Qur'an 4:34)
There is much debate and difference of opinion among Muslims regarding the right meaning of this verse. Some people read it to give a great deal of power and authority to the husbands; others seek to place restrictions on men.
The reason that men have been given authority over their wives is that they are completely financially responsible for their wives. Even if a woman is wealthy, she is not required to spend any of her money to support the family; the obligation falls completely on her husband. She may share him the responsibility if she wants, but this is not an obligation. Her own money is hers to use as she chooses and her husband can't take it without her permission.
Allah says in the Qur'an:
"And give the women their dowries as a present, but if they are happy to offer you any of it, accept with happiness and with wholesome pleasure" (Qur'an 4:4)
However the wife must obey her husband and support him. But this doesn't mean that "obedience" referred to is not unquestioning obedience to whatever command the husband happens to give, but rather refers to accepting the husband's decision as final.
Allah says in the Qur'an:
"And the believing men and the believing women, they are the friends of each other, they enjoin good and forbid evil, and establish prayers, and pay the alms, and obey God and His Messenger, these, upon them God will have mercy, indeed, God is almighty, All-wise." (Qur'an 9:71)
Obedience of the husband is compulsory on the wife. If, without any lawful reason, she refuses to obey the orders of her husband, she will be liable to the Wrath and Curse of Allah until she returns to obedience.
Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him) said:
"The rights your wife has on you are) that you feed her when you eat and clothe her when you clothe yourself and that you do not hit her on the face or call her ugly, and that you do not separate from her except in the house."(Narrated by Mu'awiya Al-Qushayri)

Evil practices that occur during the weddings !

O Muslims! Gratitude for a favour from Allaah :
- can never be expressed by sinning;
- the wedding night is one of the greatest favours of Allaah
- upon the husband and the wife, and
- it is impossible that ones gratitude to Allaah
- for it is expressed
- by the women being practically nude
- (i.e., wearing clothes that expose too much of the body)
- even if that is only in front of other women,
- for this is a contradiction of chastity and bashfulness.
We must know that women are weak and must be prevented from doing such acts by their guardians.
- Music during weddings is also prohibited,
- except that which Islaam has made permissible,
- such as women beating a tambourine;
- Photography is also prohibited and
- the person doing it is cursed and promised Hell,
as the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, said:
“Every depicter (of animate object) is in Hell.”
It is possible that photographs of women could accidentally get into the hands of those for whom it is not permissible to view, which would lead the marital house being ruined.
Moreover, the scholars of Islaam have ruled that this is forbidden.
Also, accepting an invitation to a wedding which includes prohibitions is not permissible unless one is sure that they can prevent such prohibitions from taking place.
We must also know that excessive expenditure during weddings and flaunting this has
- a very bad effect on the husband and is one of the traps of Satan,
- if only people would spend this money to build a home for the couple or
- pay off the husbands debts,
- then it would be much better for them.

No matter how great the sins of human beings may be, Allah can forgive them if man turns back to Him in sincere repentance. The Prophet (pbuh) was quoted as saying, "When Allah created the universe, He made an obligation on Himself [recorded] in a document kept by Him: My mercy supersedes my wrath." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
